At Outdoor Interiors™, our products are 100% guaranteed against defects in quality and craftsmanship. In the event of a defect in your custom drapery or pillow, Outdoor Interiors™ will. At our discretion, repair or re-make the item.

All orders are custom made and therefore not returnable.

4-6 weeks or sooner for in stock fabrics, Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you if an extended lead-time is expected.

Shipping Information:

Your order from Outdoor Interiors™, will be shipped either from our warehouse or directly from one of our vendor’s warehouses. Most of our products ship via UPS or FedEx. Our heavier and larger products are shipped by motor freight. This type of delivery requires your attendance and signature at delivery.
